Kenneth “Kenny” Lamont Dillard, 45, of St. Louis, MO, formerly of Shelby, died Sunday, July 29, 2018, at DePaul Hospital, Bridgeton, MO. Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Shiloh M.B. Church, Shelby, with burial following in Shiloh Memorial Gardens. Rev. James E. Miller will officiate. Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. at Johnson & Scott Mortuary Friday, August 10, 2018, and beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Kenny is survived by his four sons Se’Clure Black of Southaven, Kenneth Blackman, Kanye Blackman, Kenyan Blackman, all of St. Louis, MO; three stepdaughters whom he raised Tyra Williams, Demisha Phillips and Shemeka Phillips, all of St. Louis, MO; one grandson Tyler Williams; three sisters Olivia Dillard, Brenda Dillard, and Takisha (Brent) Coleman, all of Shelby; one brother: Marques (Shenika) Dillard of Shelby; six aunts Kathy (Curtis) Clark of West Palm Beach, FL, Helen (Kenneth) Tucker of Shelby, Jennifer Bryant of Horn Lake, Lisa and Josephine Lafayette and Margret Young, all of Benoit; seven uncles John Dillard and Herman Dillard, both of St. Louis, MO, Bobby Lafayette, Demetrius Myler, Freddie Dillard, Frank Dillard and Leon Dillard; four great-aunts, Lula Mae Lee and Eva Johnson of St. Louis, MO, Sally Jo Neely and Leola Smiley; three great-uncles, George Kinnel and John Trump of Boyton Beach, FL, Omega Kinnel of St. Louis, MO; and a host of nephews and cousins; and special friend Chanel Blackman of St. Louis, MO.
