John William Hall, 74, Inverness

Services for John William Hall will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Inverness.
Mr. Hall, 74, died on Friday, April 6, 2018, at his home in Inverness.
He was born on June 17, 1943, in Big Creek to Lester Ben and Lyda Moorman Hall and lived in Inverness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Ben Hall; three brothers, Lester Hall, Bennie Hall and James Hall; son, William Scott Hall; and a grandson, William Alexzander Hall.
John proudly served in the Army and was a policeman for Sunflower County for thirty years.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years Dru Hall of Inverness; daughter, Becky Kendall of Cascilla; son, Robert Hall of Hernando; stepdaughter, Heather Parker of Grenada; stepson Casey Horton of Cleveland; mother, Lyda Hall of Ruleville; sisters, Sara Pimm of Hattiesburg, Nancy Lindsey of Horn Lake, Dorothy Horton of Ruleville and Bonnie Pyron of Gore Springs; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, noon to 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Inverness. Rev. Brian Burge will officiate the services.
Pallbearers will be Bo Horton, Lee Horton, Zachary Horton, Steve Saxon, Jason Hall, and Sam Pitts.
Burial will follow in Lehrton Cemetery in Ruleville with the Patriot Guard Riders of MS performing military rites.
